PowerPoint to PDF

Convert a PowerPoint (.pptx) presentation to PDF in your browser — text, shapes, pictures, tables and theme colours, one slide per page.

About PowerPoint to PDF

This tool converts a PowerPoint presentation (.pptx) to PDF in your browser, one slide per page. It draws text boxes, bullets, shapes, pictures, backgrounds, tables and theme colours, and shows slide previews of exactly what goes into the PDF. You can choose the quality and whether hidden slides are included.

The result is a close approximation rather than an exact copy: charts, SmartArt, special effects and animations are not supported, and fonts you do not have are substituted. For a quick PDF to share or print, it works without installing anything. Old .ppt files must be saved as .pptx first. It is free, and your file is never uploaded.

How to use PowerPoint to PDF

  1. Drop a .pptx file or try the sample deck.
  2. Check the slide previews — this is exactly what goes into the PDF.
  3. Choose quality and whether to include hidden slides.
  4. Click Download PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is opened and converted entirely inside your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, so it is safe for confidential documents such as bank statements and contracts.

Is the result identical to PowerPoint?

It is a close approximation. Text boxes, bullets, fonts, colours, theme colours, shapes, pictures, backgrounds and tables are drawn by your browser. Charts, SmartArt, WordArt effects, shadows, 3-D, video and animations are not supported and are marked or skipped. For a pixel-perfect copy use PowerPoint’s own Export to PDF.

Can I convert old .ppt files?

No — only .pptx. Open a .ppt file in PowerPoint, Google Slides or LibreOffice Impress and save it as .pptx first.

Why do the fonts look different?

PowerPoint fonts such as Calibri are not installed in every browser. A similar font is used, so line breaks can shift slightly.

How do I convert PPT to PDF without PowerPoint?

Drop the .pptx file here, check the slide previews and click Download PDF. If you have a .ppt file, save it as .pptx in Google Slides or LibreOffice first.

Can I convert Google Slides to PDF here?

Yes. Download the deck from Google Slides as a PowerPoint (.pptx) file, then convert it here. Google Slides can also save a PDF directly.
