About Relieving Letter Generator
A relieving letter confirms that an employee's resignation has been accepted and that they have been relieved of their duties on a stated date. This free relieving letter generator creates one on your company letterhead from the employee's name, code, designation, date of joining, resignation date and last working day.
It also records the full-and-final settlement, which new employers often ask to see. The text is editable, so you can adjust the wording for your policy. Add a signature, choose a style and download the relieving letter as a PDF. It can double as a release letter, and all information stays in your browser.
