Are my photos uploaded?
No. Images never leave your device. The small face detection model (about 0.2 MB, from Google's MediaPipe) is downloaded once and runs in your browser.
It missed a face — what can I do?
Tap or click the missed face to add a blur box, and drag the padding slider to cover more hair. Detection works best on faces looking towards the camera; side profiles, very small or heavily shadowed faces can be missed.
Is blurring enough to hide someone?
For strong privacy use Pixelate at high strength or the Solid cover — very light blur can sometimes be partly reversed or still let people recognise a face.
Does it remove location data?
Yes — the downloaded image is redrawn from pixels, so EXIF data such as GPS location and camera details is not included.
How do I blur a face in a photo?
Drop the photo; faces are found and blurred automatically. Adjust the strength if needed and download the result.
How do I blur everyone except one person?
After the faces are blurred, tap the face you want to keep. Its blur turns off while the rest stay hidden.
