Export Invoice Generator
Export invoice in USD, EUR or other currencies with IEC, LUT/bond or IGST payment, ports, destination country and INR equivalent.
About Export Invoice Generator
This free export invoice generator helps Indian exporters prepare an invoice for goods or services sold abroad. Bill in USD, EUR or another currency, enter the exchange rate and the INR equivalent is printed. Add your IEC, choose supply under LUT or bond without IGST, or with IGST paid, and fill in the ports of loading and discharge and the destination country.
Items carry HSN codes, and you can add your logo, bank details for a wire transfer and your terms. Download the commercial invoice as a PDF to send to the buyer or your freight forwarder. It does not file a shipping bill or generate an e-invoice IRN. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
What is an LUT?
A Letter of Undertaking (form GST RFD-11) lets you export goods or services without paying IGST. Quote its ARN on each export invoice. Without an LUT you pay IGST on the export and claim a refund.
Which exchange rate should I use?
For GST, a foreign-currency value is converted at the RBI reference rate on the date of supply (Rule 34). Customs uses the CBIC-notified rate for the shipping bill. Enter the rate you use and the INR equivalent is printed.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is generated in your browser. Saved documents live in this browser’s workspace only.
Can I add my logo and signature?
Yes. Upload a logo and a signature image in the form; they are resized and stored with the document. Save them to your profile to prefill every new document.
How do I make an export invoice?
Enter your exporter details and IEC, the overseas buyer and consignee, the currency and exchange rate, LUT or IGST status, ports and items with HSN, then download the PDF.
What is the difference between a commercial invoice and a tax invoice?
A commercial invoice is used in international trade to show the buyer and customs what is being shipped and its value. A domestic tax invoice records GST on a sale within India.
