Invisible Character (Blank Text)
Copy invisible characters for blank WhatsApp names, empty Instagram bios or game names — and find or remove hidden zero-width characters in any text.
About Invisible Character (Blank Text)
Invisible characters look like nothing but count as text, so apps accept them where a normal space is rejected. Pick Hangul Filler, Braille Pattern Blank, zero-width space or another blank character, choose how many you need and copy them with one click for a blank WhatsApp name, an empty message or a neat Instagram bio.
The second part does the opposite: paste any text and it highlights hidden characters such as zero-width spaces, non-breaking spaces and byte-order marks that break links, code and searches, then gives you a cleaned copy. Everything runs in your browser.
How to use Invisible Character (Blank Text)
- Pick an invisible character — Hangul Filler works in most apps.
- Choose how many and press Copy.
- Paste it where you need blank text.
- To clean text, paste it in “Find hidden characters” and copy the cleaned version.
Frequently asked questions
Which invisible character works on WhatsApp?
Hangul Filler (U+3164) is the one most often accepted for a blank WhatsApp name or message. Apps change their rules from time to time; if one is rejected, try Braille Pattern Blank (U+2800).
Why does copied text break my code, links or search?
Text from websites, PDFs and chats can carry zero-width spaces, non-breaking spaces or byte-order marks. They are invisible but make words and URLs differ. The finder below highlights and removes them.
Is using blank names allowed?
It is a normal Unicode character, but each app may block or remove it. Don’t use invisible text to impersonate others or hide content.
How do I send a blank message on WhatsApp?
Copy the Hangul Filler character here and paste it as the message. If an app update blocks it, try Braille Pattern Blank.
How can I remove zero-width spaces from text?
Paste the text in “Find hidden characters” and copy the cleaned text below it.
