Why do ₹ or Hindi characters look wrong in Excel?
Keep “Add BOM for Excel” ticked. It tells Excel the file is UTF-8 so symbols and Indian languages display correctly.
Are formulas kept?
CSV stores values only, so each formula is exported as its calculated result, formatted as shown in Excel.
What does the JSON look like?
An array of objects, one per row, using the first row as the keys.
How do I convert an XLSX file to CSV?
