The full-precision value of π (3.14159265…), not 22/7. Answers may differ slightly from textbook answers that use 22/7.
What is Heron’s formula?
Area = √(s(s−a)(s−b)(s−c)) where s = (a + b + c)/2 is the semi-perimeter. It finds a triangle’s area from its three sides alone.
Is the ellipse perimeter exact?
No simple exact formula exists. Ramanujan’s approximation used here is accurate to within a tiny fraction of a percent for normal ellipses.
How do I calculate the volume of a cylinder?
