About Signature Resizer (KB & Size for Forms)
Sign on white paper, take a photo with your phone and turn it into an upload-ready signature here. The tool removes shadows and grey paper, makes the background pure white, lets you choose blue or black ink and trims the empty space around your sign.
Pick a preset for IBPS and SBI (140 × 60 px, 10–20 KB), SSC (4 × 2 cm, 10–20 KB), NEET or PAN, or set any size and KB range yourself. Download a JPG for exam portals or a transparent PNG to place on PDFs and letters. The photo never leaves your device.
How to use Signature Resizer (KB & Size for Forms)
- Sign on white paper, take a photo and drop it here (or try the sample).
- Drag the crop box around the signature.
- Adjust cleanup strength and pick blue or black ink.
- Choose the form preset and download the JPG — or a transparent PNG for documents.
Frequently asked questions
How does it remove shadows and grey paper?
It measures the brightness of the paper around every point, divides it out (so shadows and uneven light disappear) and turns everything lighter than the ink threshold pure white.
The signature looks too thin or broken — what can I do?
Lower the cleanup strength so faint strokes are kept, or raise the stroke thickness. Using a dark gel or ball pen on plain white paper gives the cleanest result.
Can I get a transparent signature?
Yes. Download the transparent PNG to place the signature on PDFs and letters. Exam portals usually want the JPG.
How do I make my signature background white?
Drop the photo, crop around the signature and raise the cleanup strength until the paper turns white while the strokes stay solid.
How do I resize a signature to 140 × 60 pixels?
Choose the IBPS / SBI preset. The signature is fitted into 140 × 60 px with a white margin and saved between 10 and 20 KB.
